Keeping It Simple Today
Today I am grateful for the simplicity of creating words on a keyboard, and the complexity of human emotions.
Sometimes I draft posts in advance. Sometimes I wake up with an idea. On other days, because of other factors like time and how I am feeling, I struggle a bit on what to write about.
Those are the times I remind myself to just keep it simple. Any pause to focus on gratefulness is a pause spent well. This morning is one of those times.
I am leaning into my own vulnerability this morning and working hard to tap into emotions that I don't always recognize and feel.
It is more of that good work I was talking about yesterday and it is enough for now.
